Paul oversees all operations for Big Ice Services, from the Ross Industries Ltd. machine shop and Big Ice's structural ice projects and bush roads, through to the newest company division, Big Ice Heavy Haul.
 
Paul has a passion for excellence in everything we do. He very willingly rolls up his sleeves and doesn't hesitate to be in the thick of things. He’s always approachable yet professional. Our crews enjoy working on various projects knowing Paul's field experience can be relied on to work through any obstacle.

 Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, taking part in a wide range of outdoor sports and activities.
